Any returned goods would have to be destroyed due to the hygienic nature of the product which is a terrible waste. However I still want to provide you with a guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We use Shipbob from their Farmers Branch TX location.
A tracking number will be sent on order fulfilment. Orders placed before 11:30am local time will be sent the same business day otherwise they are fulfilled the next business day.

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
