What are your shipping details?
We use Shipbob from their Farmers Branch TX location.
A tracking number will be sent on order fulfilment. Orders placed before 11:30am local time will be sent the same day otherwise they are fulfilled the next business day.

What is your return policy?
For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email us at hello@skanties.co if you have any questions about sizing. The fit is extremely stretchy so will adapt to your body no matter what shape you are. We will help to recommend the correct size for you.
What is your sizing like? Does it run large or true to size?
Our sizing runs slightly large except for Buy Yourself Flowers - Pink Floral . The most important measurement is your waist size. Please view our detailed size chart at https://skanties.co/pages/sizing-chart
If you are between sizes in Buy Yourself Flowers please size up.

I'm in between sizes - what should I do?
Your waist measurement is the most important size to match. See our size chart to check.
If you are borderline with both measurements consider how tall you are. You will probably be able to wear both sizes however the legs will be longer in the larger size.

Will they roll down at the waist or roll up at the legs?
The special structural design means they will not roll if you have the correct size.
Do I wear underwear with them?
Skanties are the underwear so there is no need to wear underwear underneath. However if you prefer to wear underwear underneath then that is also ok.
