    Susie's Happiness Promise is a unique approach to customer satisfaction. As a very small business it is not economically viable for me to offer free returns for an underwear product. Any returned goods would have to be destroyed due to the hygienic nature of the product which is a terrible waste. However I still want to provide you with a guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. I have unwavering believe in both my product and my business which is why I want to go the extra mile to guarantee your happiness. 

    If the product is not to your satisfaction please reach out to me so we can find a happy solution. Some of our fabrics are thicker or thinner and are more suited to different bodies shapes. You then have the opportunity to gift it to a friend who might benefit from it and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your purchase won't go to waste. Instead, it becomes an opportunity to brighten someone else's day and explore alternative arrangements that will leave you feeling genuinely content.

    What are your shipping details?

    We use Shipbob from their Farmers Branch TX location.
    A tracking number will be sent on order fulfilment. Orders placed before 11:30am local time will be sent the same business day otherwise they are fulfilled the next business day.
    Free shipping for orders over $100

    Free 2-day expedited shipping for orders over $200 (where available)

    What is your return policy?

    For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Please email us at hello@skanties.co if you have any questions about sizing. The fit is extremely stretchy so will adapt to your body no matter what shape you are. We will help to recommend the correct size for you.

    What is your sizing like? Does it run large or true to size?

    I'm in between sizes - what should I do?

    Your waist measurement is the most important size to match. See our size chart to check.
    If you are borderline with both measurements consider how tall you are. You will probably be able to wear both sizes however the legs will be longer in the larger size.

    If you are between sizes in Buy Yourself Flowers please size up.
